Hi,

Is it better to use vitamins separately than to buy Multivitaamin?

Personally I think it is better to take them separately because some optimize/synergize others while some really should not be taken together.

I take energy/brain vitamins in the morning
Like B complex, ginkgo, multi pollen and antioxidents.
At bedtime I take calcium, potassium and D3

Any other that I take I take at lunch.

For minerals take a liquid.

Also it is best to get a good quality and take capsules or gels when possible since the capsules you buy in stores generally do not dissolve.

I take these because they do not have harmful fillers and binders.

Also it is important to make sure it is okay for you to take certain things especially if taking medications.
Like the multipollen you should not take if allergic to bees or have pollen allergies.

Co Q 10 is better than ginkgo

And at bedtime I take
500 to 600 mg calcium, 250 to 300 mg magnesium, potassium and D3
It gives you a more restful sleep.
