We have had him since he was 6 weeks, now he is 6 months and we still have a problem...

He does great all night because we put him in a create but during the day (no matter how many times I put him out) he comes in and pees! If I say "No" or anything he gets scared and pees when I walk up to him. HELP! I just don't know what to do. He will even pee right in front of me.

A few times I thought "wow he is doing great, no accidents" but I always seem to find something later on. I watch him constantly when he is in our house but he always seems to find a way... I even put up baby gates so he has to stay in the same room.

We love him but hate having him in the house because of his accidents!
PLEASE HELP! I just don't know what to do!

Shih Tzus are known for being rather dirty in the house.
One of my mothers friends breeds them and she has to put diapers on her males because they cock their legs on everything.

You could try training her to a puppy pad.
They are a cloth pad with a plastic backing.
Usually they are used as a methos for puppies to teach them to start going in a specific spot but if you don't mind having them in the house it is an option.
Buy an odor free one as well as it absorbs any odors :)
