I own a 1992 mercury grand marquis and my windsheild wipers stopped working I checked all the fuses in my whole car under the dash and under the hood, and everything was fine. I then thought it was the motor so I bought a new one and had it installed and still nothing works. When the new motor was being replaced the mechanic put a current tester on the plugs to the motor and there was no power going to them at all plaese someone help me what would the problem be because I need to have vehicle saftied and this is all that is standing in my way.
