I take my four big dogs for their run in the country daily and inevitably they come home wet and usually stinking too. Only one of them will let me use the hair dryer on him (which takes ages and kills my back) and they take hours to dry. I have a towelling dog coat but its not very effective as it doesn't cover enough of them. I've looked on e bay for a towelling jumper/jumpsuit sort of thing but can't find anything except a towelling bag which I don't think they'd like because they wouldn't be able to walk around with it on. Any suggestions anyone?

Not much help but when we bath our dogs (especially the great dane) we just cover a couch with towels and he lays on there...

You could buy the toweling bags and just cut holes in them for their legs... not very comfortable but at least it will stop everything getting as wet...

If it's a cool day you could confine them to somewhere like a laundry with a heater running for half hour or so until they have dried off a little.
