My husband is A - and I am O+ what are the possible outcomes for that pair? I know that positive and negative usually don't mix

I'm not sure what you mean by "positive and negative dont mix". We only care about that if the person is about to receive a blood or blood product transfusion. Mixing those genes is perfectly fine.

If you are asking about the possible blood types your child might have, those are: A+, A-, O+ and O-.

Actually billo, it does matter because if the baby has a different blood type than the mother, the mother's body could see it as a threat and try to fight it off, like what happens when someone receives the wrong blood type for a transfusion. I'd have to look around more though to remember which blood types mixing which way that happens.
But those are the possible blood types for the baby.

All right. Found an article to refresh my memory. Since you're Rh+ it sounds like you shouldn't have to worry about the blood types mixing.
