I have located a property here in Oklahoma City and I have no idea how to go about locating who the current owner is. The house looks to be vacant but there is not a real estate sign posted out front. Help please. Thanks!:confused:

The easy way is to contact the tax collector and they'll tell you where the tax bills are sent. The better way is to go to the county clerk's office and look at the recorded deed for that address.

And within the city you can even see who is paying the city tax

The county tax office will show how is paying the tax, but not always the owner, but it will also show you if the taxes are up to date.

The recorder of deeds will show you if there are any liens against the property and who the listed owner is
