I purchased a Hampton bay hanging light for the dining room Lavery/Madison Avenue model 17046 3 lgt berlini pendant and when tightening it cracked the glass. Where can I look to purchase a replacement glass? Mary

Contact Hampton Bay fans to see if you can get a replacement glass. If they can't help you your only other option is to replace all the glass shades with a completely different or similar glass shade. Sometimes the fan makers can hook you up with the replacements as they are still being made and sometimes due to the glass not being produced any longer they can't. Don't be upset as you can probably replace all your glass shades with something very similar. I know Lowe's has lots of lovely replacement glass shades. I have purchased several different sets over the years and I change out the shades each year to have a new "look" on my ceiling fan. The replacement glass can run up to $15 a shade or as little as $3 a shade depending on how fancy a replacement you want.

Hampton Bay is a "Home Depot" generic trade name. Several manufacturers contribute to this product line. I have had the best results by calling to the head office in Atlanta. They can usually give you a part number and a special order SKU number and could possibly place the order for you.
