I have an ajustable rate mortgage loan that will adjust next year, I fear when it adjust that my payment will skyrocket because of my chapter 13, My wife and I just had reseantly filed chapter 13 last oct. 2008. Can we get into a fixed rate or an another ajustable rate loan { which I relly don't want} while on a chapter 13?
