My in laws visit visa B2 got rejected 2 days back - the interviewer did not look at any of the papers - all the interviewer asked was that how many children you have - they have 2 sons and both are in US - he outright rejected and said Better luck next time! - we are obviously planning to try again take another appt etc. my husband and brother-in-law are on H1 - in fact brother-in-law also works for an Indian company but just transferred to US - any advise on how to handle this situation? In-laws obviously have no intention to stay in US - only purpose is just visit us!
Thanks!
