My husband of 16 years obtained an illegal divorce from the country where we got married and he used this "FORGED DIVORCE DECREE" to marry a Jamaican native. What are the odds of Immigration catching up with him? I was able to obtain a copy of the False Decree after he was ordered by a family court Judge to present same in court. The Judge then told me to take it up with the authorities in that country where he obtained it. This I did and was given legal documents to show that he is in possession of a "Fictitious Decree" What are the odds of Immigration catching up with him? He has already filed for Spouse no. 2 to join him here in the USA.

Most USCIS IO's refer to the FAM regarding foreign legal documents. They generally do not send them out for forensic document analysis for this type of filing.

If you believe that he is committing immigration fraud and have solid proof, you can report it to the USCIS. You should provide as much evidence as possible as well as your contact information. Good luck.
