There is a domestic violence case against him and I have CPO (Civil Protection Order) served on him. Don't have Final Hearing on CPO, but DV case is still going on. I am living in the house now.

We bought a house and car together Title both in our names. Bought big ticket items for the house and he mostly paid for it because I have been paying the house utilities but we split them off every end of the month, so with all other expenses in the household.

Question: How does the big ticket items (Big screen TVs, Exercise machines, xbox games and accessories, dining set, speakers, home theater stuff)?

Its going to be either by mutual agreement or by court order. Either way it needs to be in writing. Also take pictures of everything in case at a later time it does end up in court. Sometimes its best to cut losses rather then spend lots of time and effort on the little things.
