How can I know if their is an Arrest warent or Court oerder under may name, I am out side Canada?

If it's a court order, you can go to the courthouse to find it. It's probably NOT online.
If you want to know about a warrant, you're going to need to hire a lawyer, unless you want to get arrested when you ask.
