I want my brother-in-law’s ex wife’s son who has been a part of our lives since he was two years old to go with us camping as well as go to lagoon in Utah we live in Idaho we want his mother to sign some kind of permission to take him with out getting in trouble with the law as well as if something happens to him we can get medical attention for him this would only be for about three or four days. She has been not so nice to the ex husband & we are afraid if we just ask her she will say yes & then try to get us for kidnapping. Also ware would we be able to get that kind of paper work on line or would we need to talk to an attorney to draw up this kind of paper work?
