We have drain problems with our Kenmore washing machine. It's a basic 2 cycle washing machine. Because of the elevation of our septic system the builders had to have the washer drain first into a pump tank which then pumps it up and into the exit drain for our septic system. Anytime that the washing machine is set in the heavy duty cycle the machine drains too fast and water always backs up the drain pipe going into the pump basin. In addition the vent for the pump basin always has suds coming out of it. We never over fill the washing machine with soap. I have also, taken the basin apart and there is nothing blocking the pump or clogging any of the pipes. At this point I'm ready to wash everything by hand. Please help.

Use He (high efficiency) soap. It is a low suds formula
