Looks Real, Don't think they made a million dollar bill, I have seen 100- $100,000.00 Bills at 1 time. They were used between Banks.
Sure looks real?

From Wik,
Many businesses print million dollar bills. They are sold as novelties, and do not assert that they are legal tender. The Federal Reserve (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Reserve_System) has declared them legal to print or own and does not consider them counterfeit (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Counterfeit) because no genuine million dollar bill exists or ever has existed.
In March 2004, Alice Regina Pike attempted to use a $1,000,000 bill with a picture of the Statue of Liberty on the front to purchase $1671.55 in goods from a Wal-Mart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wal-Mart) in Covington (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Covington,_Georgia), Georgia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_(U.S._state)), for which she was arrested.[4] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fake_denominations_of_United_States_currency#cite_ note-3)
In November 2007, Alexander D. Smith tried to open a bank account in Aiken County (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aiken_County), South Carolina (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Carolina), by depositing a $1,000,000 bill. The bank employee refused to deposit the bill and called the police. Smith was immediately arrested on a charge of forgery.[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fake_denominations_of_United_States_currency#cite_ note-4)
The Libertarian Party (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libertarian_Party_(United_States)) makes an annual tradition of handing out informational fliers made to look like $1,000,000 bills on April 15 to draw attention to its anti-income tax (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Income_tax) platform.
Though not meant to be used as actual legal tender, Christian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christian) evangelist (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evangelism) Ray Comfort (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Comfort)'s ministry, Living Waters Publications (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Living_Waters_Publications), produces a fake $1,000,000 bill – resembling an amalgam of the series 1996 $100 bill (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_one_hundred-dollar_bill) and the series 2004 $10 bill (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_ten-dollar_bill), and featuring Rutherford B. Hayes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rutherford_B._Hayes) – which is in reality a Christian gospel tract (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tract_(literature)), with the gospel message printed on the reverse. They have printed other designs in the past, including one featuring Grover Cleveland (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grover_Cleveland), based on the series 2004 $20 bill (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_twenty-dollar_bill). All versions have included one or more links to the ministry's websites and the statement "This is NOT legal tender for all debts, public and private." After someone attempted to deposit one of the fake bills in North Carolina (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Carolina), the Secret Service (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Secret_Service) raided The Great News Network (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_News_Network), a sister ministry to LWP based in Denton (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denton,_Texas), Texas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas), on June 2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/June_2), 2006 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006). The USSS told workers at GNN they would locate and seize all of the million dollar bills at LWP's Bellflower (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bellflower,_California), California (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California), headquarters. Comfort has been advised by his lawyers to refuse such an action, and no warrants yet appear to have been issued for the tracts.[6] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fake_denominations_of_United_States_currency#cite_ note-5)[7] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fake_denominations_of_United_States_currency#cite_ note-6) However, in a precautionary move, LWP also temporarily produced an enlarged "Secret Service version".[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fake_denominations_of_United_States_currency#cite_ note-7)

Hello:
I don't know. I thought George Washington was on the ONE dollar bill. What?? They don't have enough dead presidents to go around??
A $10,000 dollar bill is the largest ever printed.

Excon, I thought it strange to have Washington on the Bill also.
I believe $100,000 is the largest:

Can't exchange it, I saw the $1,000,000 in $100,000 bills when I was young and this was at Benny Binion's Horseshoe Casino in Las Vegas, He died, left money to his son, and a Contractor and Girlfriend Killed him, stole his Money, I believe mostly silver, and buried it in the Desert outside of Las Vegas, Pahrump, I believe.
