How to maintain sexy looking body w/o any work out or any diet?

Without any workout or diet? I don't know if there is such a thing unless you're one of the lucky ones and you just have it in the genes. Very few people are that lucky. How about a workout such as dancing or something you enjoy? This way it won't seem like a workout. Exercise happens to be important. It makes you feel good too and for days to come. I know dieting isn't always fun but a couple or a few egg white omelettes a week isn't so bad assuming you can have or eat eggs. Just the whites though. Even if you incorporate it into your regular or daily diet. They can be tasty and you'd be surprised what they do for your skin. A couple of veggie drinks won't hurt either. I'm not a strict diet person by far but I try to have some healthy foods as much as possible. I get creative so that the "diet" foods don't even taste "diet". But I will indeed follow up on this thread in case someone has a fountain of youth solution that we don't know about.

Hi! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Sexy may not be having the perfect figure like those women in bikinis posted in magazines. For others, they prefer thos figures with flesh, depends. For me, accepting the natural you and having the right attitude will have the best effect. Of course a healthy way of living may help.:)
