OK me and my boyfriend's ex always get into it on the phone whenever they fight she calls and tells me stuff. Well one night me and him got into a fight and he left I got mad at him and callled and left a voicemail on his ex phone saying I called the cops because he hit me. He really didn't hit but I got mad at him and knew she would relay the message. Me and him are back together and she won't let her kids around him, and they go to court may 20th so he can try and see his kids, but she says she is going to use my voicemail against him and against me to get my child taken is that possiable? Even though that was a lie. And she also has a domestic injunction against because she says he hit her and her kids.
