After planting my cukes and squash the leaves turned a white color. What's up with that

You didn't say if the white discoloration was a power on the leaf or the leaf turned white from inside. No matter.
If it's a white powder, it's probably 'rust'.
If it's a white leaf, it may be fusarium wilt.
In either case, you need to first cut off and throw away the affect leaves. Don't mulch it. It is contagious.
If it's in the leaf, then it's in the dirt and you will need to sterilize. I don't know of a homeopathic cure. The harsh cure is to use formaldehyde. I think it's 1 pint in 6 gallons and spray to 1.25 square yards of dirt.
FYI: both of these diseases are a result of exhausted earth and not rotating crops. This winter, sterilize the dirt in the area. Since I don't know where you live, ask your local nursery.
Since it's still early in the season, you may want to relocate the garden - if you have the space - and let this patch of earth rest for a season.
