I am currently working residential cleaning jobs in my area...
But I am beginning to shift my business towards commercial cleaning clients...

I am a perfectionist when it comes to my work
But
It seems that residential clients are never pleased! No matter how much you may go out of line for them!

I have done my research and I want to transition over

But I am unsure where my market niche is...

Any ideas to expose myself to a different field of customers?

Yes, I agree, residential clients are very hard to please, unless guidelines are set up from the start.

The only problem with commercial cleaning ventures is the hours. Most business have to be cleaned over night. Then there is also the possibility of doing residential and commercial and you can work 24/7

Are you willing to do that ?

Yes I am.
I also will be hiring employees for the day time
And manage my night time employees once I receive enough contracts!
