My son's dad moved to Georgia in December of 08. He has not sent me child support nor has come to visit. My son calls my boyfriend dad. He has talked to his biological father on the phone and doesn't know who he is. He has told me that if he does ever visit he will have our son call him uncle. Can my boyfriend adopt my son?

3. Have the biological father sign away his rights voluntarily.
4. File adoption paperwork with the courts for your HUSBAND to adopt.
