I live in Arizona and my grandfathers eighty-second birthday is coming up and I wanted to go to Mexico to visit him before he passes considering he is old. I'm on unsupervised probation can I leave the country?

Don't you have a PO assigned in any fashion?

I have never seen a person on unsupervised probation allowed to leave the Country. Your name may very well be on the computer and you could be stopped and arrested.

Check with the PO - if there is one - or the Court, if there is not.

I believe if there is no PO assigned at all, you will have to get the courts permission to leave
