I believe a spirit has entered my body and I feel like he or she needs help... what can I do to communicate and find out what they want...

I would be careful allowing a spirit to really enter your body. First I would set boundaries with it. Whenever you feel it's presence around you, just say aloud and let it know that it's not allowed to enter your body, but if it needs help your willing to listen to what it has to say. This can be done through your spirit guide. Ask him/her to do the "dirty work" and find something out for you like what it needs help with, and your spirit guide will get you the answers you need! Meditation is the key for really communicating with your spirit guide.

I agree with Tiffany, it's important to take control of any spirit around you. Ask your guides and helpers for protection and sit and talk to the spirit and try sending them onto the light, as it sounds to me that they may have attached themselves to you which if is the case you need to do what they call 'a rescue'. A rescue is whereby you ask for love and protection from your guides and ask someone in spirit to come forward and move the spirit onto the light. You need to send them to the light.

It may help by saying the lords prayer, lighting a candle and tell them it's OK,please go to the light and don't be frightend. If you struggle with it,then you need to seek out a medium and ask them to help you.
