I just found out I was pregnant and am approximately 4 weeks or possible a little less. I have been having leg pain and cramps and pain in my lower abdomen. Is this something I should be worried about? I am concerned about miscarriage because my family has a strong history of miscarriage even though I have not had one and have had 2 healthy children.

Best to talk with your Doc on that one as it could be nothing, yet it could be something depending on small often over looked factors. IF you don't think it's normal, I'm sure your doc would be OK with taking a look for you just to be safe, rather than sorry. Worse thing that can happen if it's nothing, you feel a little embarrassed, but I'm sure your releaf will make that seem like nothing.
