F.B.E.: The link that you posted, does not exist. Nor have I been able to find anything that comes close. You can go to Sears - Parts Direct:

Parts & Accessories | Shop & Find Lawn & Garden, Appliance Parts at Sears PartsDirect | SearsPartsDirect.com (http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action?intcmp=xsite_Sears)

Or

Kenmore (http://www.kenmore.com/shc/s/nb_10154_12604_NB_CustomerCare?adCell=W2)

And you can download owners manuals from there. You need the model number, but you can slug it out using "Washer & Dryer" then "Electric", etc. and they'll tell you (more or less) where the model number is found. They also have a "parts list" online. However, as far as I know (and I've heard this in a number of places), Sears doesn't post their service manuals online. I also haven't found any place to order them on the web.

Manage My Home - Find Product Manuals, Search Results - Managemyhome.com (http://www.managemyhome.com/mmh/owner_manuals/search?sid=MMHMxSearsx00019&query=90%20SERIES+KENMORE)

Is another source for manuals. They show over half a dozen manuals for 90 series. Of course, they're still only owners manuals and not service manuals.

I don't want to rate you with a reddie because it's probably not your fault that the woman who gave you the information is an __________ (censored by Perito).

And... you can tell the woman at Sears that she doesn't know what she's talking about. But, that wouldn't be so uncommon, would it?
