We bought a house less than a year ago with a private well.
A few months ago, we noticed that we are hardly getting any water, especially upstairs, when ever another source in the house is being used (i.e. faucet, flashing toilet, shower, etc.). I learned to check the water pressure from reading other threads in this site, and the pressure reading seems fine. Any other tips how to fix this problem?

Is this a older home? How old is the house you bought and what type of piping does it have?

From where? The pump? The house? How about the pressure inside the house? How's that? Let me know. Tom

The house was built in 1978, but with some recent extensions. The pipes are made of copper.

The pressuer gage I checked is inside the house, next to the pressure tank. There's actually 2 pressure tanks, one bigger than the other, and 2 pressure gages. I checked both pressure gages and they're both aroung 60 PSI.
