Hi, oasisdata1!

Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this forum topic area so that it will get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.

It can be a little confusing when first learning how to use this site! Your question will get noticed much more in this forum topic area.

We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime to tell us a little about yourself though, if you would be willing to do that.

Concerning your question, if you would like to post a draft here, of what you might like to communicate and send to potential clients, without putting in any contact information, I'm sure that there will be those of us who'll be willing to suggest to you ways that you might make improvements to it.

Thanks!

Hi again, oasisdata1!

I do hope that you return to here so that we could communicate about what you're wanting to do.

Thanks!

I recommend creating a press release announcing that your travel company is open for business and the services you will provide. You can then send a copy to your current database list with a personal note. It would help if you can include some type of incentive that will entice them to try your services such as a discount if they purchase in the next 30 days.
