Today's gospel lessom tells us to bear fruit.
John 1: 1. I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser.
2. Every branch in me that bears no fruit
He cuts away,
And every branch that does bear fruit he prunes
To make it bear even more.
3. You are clean already,
By means of the word that I have spoken to you.
4. Remain in me, as I in you.
As a branch cannot bear fruit all by itself,
Unless it remains part of the vine,
Neither can you unless you remain in me.
5. I am the vine,
You are the branches.
Whoever remains in me, with me in him,
Bears fruit in plenty;
For cut off from me you can do nothing.
6. Anyone who does not remain in me
Is thrown away like a branch,
And withers;
These branches are collected and thrown on the fire
And are burnt.
7. If you remain in me
And my words remain in you,
You may ask for whatever you please
And you will get it.
8. It is to the glory of my Father that you should bear much fruit
And be my disciples.

Being from Florida, I'm going to guess Oranges.

Just as Jesus said He did what he saw His Father doing, we are to do what we saw Jesus doing. The word disciple means "one who learns by doing." Luke 2:52 says "Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and men."
So let us go into the world, but be not of it, and let the love of God flow through us outward to those we come into contact with, for only 2 things matter. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, and soul and love one another. For as you treat the least of those on earth it's as if that's how you are treating Jesus.

homesell,
Oranges?
Yes I like them and other fruits also particularly various cherries and strawberries.
I raise some of them and I share them with others.
I think that demonstrating our Christianity as we live life is some of the fruit we can share with others.
That is letting our light shine so that others may see the good that we do and give glory to God.
Spreading the good news of salvation is another fruit we can share.
I believe that there is more. There's a big variety of fruits.
The fruit that we bear is thus harvested by others as we harvest the fruit that others bear.
Peace and kindness,
Fred

I agree with you Arcura that: "there's a big variety of fruits."

The fruits can also mean the children that women bare.
And don't forget the seeds before the fruits can grow.
