Hi All
I just got a restaurant kitchen cleaning job and don't have a clue what the normal range for cleaning would be.
I have been doing residential cleanings along with working with property management for apts which is no problem.
I just need something to go on for this type of work.
It is 400 square feet and is in Melbourne Florida. It is a Chinese rest.
It consist of odor control for grease odors, degreasing all from chest level down.
Floors, two walk in freezers, two large sinks, stove top, refrigerator, six stainless steel tables.
This place will have an exhaust professional to clean the exhaust vent.
The owners will also be tearing down all walls and re doing them and they are all damaged.
The smell and grease was so bad that they wanted me to go in there first to make it a better condition for them to do work.
They will probably have me go back later to do a finish clean of everything but for now if someone could give me a ball park price, it would be greatly appreciated.
The property management company that I am dealing with said he knows it will be expensive and doesn't have any problem with the price. He said he know it will be 1500.00 or 1800.00 and said he wouldn't have a problem if it went over.
How should I handle this one. I would like to be able to work with him as a steady client but don't want to charge him too much that he wouldn't want to use me again.
If you need anymore info to go on, please don't hesitate to write back.
Thanks
