Biggest possible risk is probably an early labour, but that is obviously not a guaranteed outcome. How well you take care of yourself during your pregnancy can play a role and you will be the one most likely to have issues rather than the baby if there were concerns.
Certainly watch your diet, be sure you are taking a good prenatal vitamin and eating well.
You might want to consider some type of pregnancy yoga or exercise class, or even just regular walks with your first baby to help you be in good condition and build your endurance. Take it slow and build up within your comfort level.
Everything you would normally do to insure a healthy pregnancy, but just be more aware that your body is still adjusting to having gone through the first pregnancy and birth, so you would just want to be more watchful for any discomforts and such and listen to your body.
Congrats... one benefit is that you will still be in baby mode so it will all be very familiar to you. You will be busy, and some days will be hectic, but you will have loads of fun as well... :)
