My husband just got violated for the first time they are holding him until he see the judge what is reinstatement an how long does it take for I'm to get a bail after the reinstatment takes place

It depends on what he did, his priors, if he keeps his court dates and things like that.
Like if he was drunk they can possibly leave him out as soon as he sobers up but he has to make all court dates.

My husband got violated fornot telling he probation officer that he got arrested nor that he went to stay with his mother for awhile. This is his first time being violated but they didn't let him out. They said he had to what until he sees the jugde. What is the likeyhood that they will reinstate and give him bail

Getting arrested while on probation is a major deal. Leaving the jurisdiction to viist a mother might be overlooked, but not an arrest.
I think he will go in to serve the balance of his sentence.

Don't forsee him getting reinstated. He'll probably have some jail time ahead of him.
