How do I upgrade from WIN95 to WIN98 using clean Install CD for WIN98 without formating the HDD, if I use WIN98 clean install CD I get message ask me to use upgrate version of WIN98 (I don`t have WIN98 upgrate CD), how do I bypass this message?

I don't have an answer to your specific question as I never did that upgrade. What I can tell you is that if you can save whatever files you need to another computer or to some back up media then do an install from scratch you will be mutch better off. With Microsoft products upgrades are not the best way to go... A scratch install is mutch better, and I would strongly recommend you go to win 2k or XP as they are superior to win 98 in many areas.
