I'm not sure if this is a real movie or I just made it up as a kid. I only remember a few scenes,
1. At the end the bad guy who has a sort off skull for a face falls down a big pit then after the credits he appears floating in some sort of lava at the bottom of this pit.
2. There's definitely some hover boarding in it and there might be some lasers in it.
3. There's a shoot out in a computer store I think where a young guy and a lady are hiding behind an upturned desk shooting at someone and there lots of smoke.
