I am male to female transgendered person and have been discriminated at fry's electronics and ralph's supermarket. Fry's has already admitted the wrong doing. Ralphs, I have no evidence. Fry's employees (I do not work there) began to insult me with derogatory words like "fag" "hope that dude does not wanna work here" plus more. The same words and more happened at ralphs market. All employees remarked in front of customers and all laughed, ridiculed, mocked, insulted, and verbally discriminated me for being a male to female transgendered person. How much can I sue for and is there any attorney that can help me with this?

Under normal circumstances of suing for verbal things you have to prove they are untrue and you had a monetary loss.
With it being a sex thing you might want to check through the ACLU or gay rights (I know transgender is different but probably the same laws/rights apply)
The best thing you can do is not patronize the stores and get friends to go elsewhere too---if possible.

Actually I don't see this as discrimination, you were not denied anything and had no specific loss.
You were made fun of but there is no national protection for sexual preference, there may be some state laws.
So I have to admit, it was poor store policy, but I am not sure they broke any specific laws.
