Hello, I really need some advise. I got married in September '08. I will not take my husbands name. My husband comes from a large family, lots of brothers and sisters. I only have one mum, dad passed away, and one brother and his wife and their son. I came from a catholic background where as my husband came from church of England and has no or not many believes, I knew that we were so different but because I am brain injured and have so many disabilities, I though that if he accepted them, we could work around and pretty much ignore all of the problems that he has. It is very funny how we work, because I have a large amount of money, we have separete bank accounts. He works, I don't. I have been in tears all week!!
I still don't understand your question. Why do you want to get divorced?

I see no reason for divorce, I see reasons you may not have gotten married but see reasons to get counseling now

Because we do things separate, we are hardly together, because he travels so much for work and it is just going to be better for us to do it now rather than later, I don't know? Is an anullment too late?
Yes, an annulment is too late.
My husband and I do things separate also, but our marriage is fine. We are never together because I work nights and he works days.
Is there more to this story that I am missing?

Well ask yourself do you really want a divorce? If the answer is yes then proceede from there but if it is no, then I would suggest talking to him about it and if that doesn't work seek counsiling. I'll pray for you :)

Yes, married people do things separate. I traveled for work all the time, so he calls and you send emails. Separate money, many married couples keep his, hers and a joint household money.
Did you expect it to change when you got married if this was the way it was before
