Im taking the pill but had to start taking antibiotics so came off the pill while I was taking them, I had my bleed cause I hadn't taken my pills for a few days and then after I had finished my bleed (yesterday) me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex so I took a pill and then I took my pill again today instead of my antibiotic

First never do that again. Many babies have been born from antibiotics and birth control together. Many antibiotics make you pill stop working.

Any unprotected sex can lead to getting pregnant. Although it is less likely during some points in your cycle, it is still always possible. You should take a test if your next period is late. And remember to always use a back up method when taking medications, just as a precaution. I would also recommend using a second method anyways; you are 17 and the pill is not always effective. When I was that age and having sex I made sure condoms were used to. Not only does it lower chance of pregnancy; it protects you from STD's (and I bet whoever you have slept with says they are clean... but that is what everyone says). Just be safe, and good luck.
