speeding ticket mistakes. I think the wrong box on my ticket is checked, it say criminal misdemeanor. The other is moving violation, which would make more sense. Would this make the ticket invalid. 45 in a 30, no tickets in 30 years. Officer said he had to give ticket because he was on a "grant Projet". *&^%$#@#$%!!

NO he had to give the ticket because you were speeding. If you were not speeding he would not have had to stop you.
And yes, *#$$(( that someone would break the law and feel that it is somehow the officers fault for doing his job.
Sounds like you tried to talk him out of it, and he was trying to be nice in a answer, wish you had gottem me to write it, I explain to the driver real quick whose fault it is.
But he may be a special officer hired and his pay comes from the revenue of the tickets ( or part of the funding)
An not sure of your state in some places a traffic ticket is a misdemeanor.
But no even if not, it does not void the ticket. Even issues like wrong car info does not automatically void them.
Plus remember that the SOL of the ticket does not run out, it is possible for the officer to merely re-write a new ticket in the court room and hand to you if the old one would be thrown out.
Just pay the fine

On what grounds ?
Radar in a police car is automatic, works with his car moving, it can do front or rear. I could be eating a donut and talking on a cell phone and the radar unit does it all by itself

Not constant speed, coming around curve, he was too close to car in front of him so he could have gotten a false reading on his speed.
