My sons bio-father pasted away when he was 4 months old. I recently got married and my husband wants to adopt him. How do we do this the cheapest, easiest, fastest way?

Since the biological father has passed away, it should not be that difficult to do.

Consult a family law attorney in your area--I'm sure that this is probably the simplest form of adoption there is.
