I'm not sure that you'll find a wording from your mother and you (as sister), but here are a few samples of a deceased father:

Mr. and Mrs. Bride's Father's First, Last Name
Request the honor of your presence at the marriage of their daughter
Bride's First, Middle Name
To
Groom's First, Middle, Last Name
Son of Mrs. Linda Last Name and the late Mr. Grooms Father's First, Last Name

Or

Emma Margaret
Daughter of Audrey Johnson and the late Kevin Johnson
And Jack Warren Smith
Invite you to join them
In celebrating their marriage
On Saturday, the sixth of June
Two thousand and nine
At five o'clock in the evening
St. Michael's Church
Orland Park, Illinois

But honestly, you can make the invitations say what you would like them to say. Adding "Brother of Suzy Smith" may work in place of your father's name as well.
