I would like to know if it is OK to give cottage cheese and brown rice to my boxer on a daily basis.

Rice is excellent for dogs.
Cottage cheese however can give them horrible gas.

I hope you are giving that ontop of their regular diet. :)
But may I ask why you wish to give this on a daily basis?
