Now I have fuel but no spark

. Does the Check Engine Light come on for 2 seconds and then go out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)?
. Test all underhood and underdash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

Even though you replaced many fuses, this will test for "power through the fuses." Could you have replaced a fuse in the wrong slot?

If everything above checks out okay and the Check Engine Light come on for 2 seconds and then go out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), the problem is likely distributor-related. I only recommend genuine Honda distributors, since we have had many new aftermarket distributors for Hondas not work on this site.
