I want to go back on the pill, and I have a couple of packets left over from when I was last on it, they aren't out of date, so I was wondering if anyone knows if I am just OK to start taking them again? Or do you think I should check with a doctor? Thanks

You could call a nurse line or a pharmacy and ask. I've heard that you're supposed to start it right after your menstration cycle.

If they're not expired, I don't see why you couldn't take them.
My main concern would be if your body has changed at all that may require your doctor changing the prescription. If you've gained or lost a significant amount of weight, for insance, the amount of estrogen in the pill may be too high or low.

Calling the doctor first to see if it's OK to resume the pills, then scheduling an appt so he/she can decide if this is still the right prescription for you.
