Hi me again. I just went off the pill a week ago and had what I think is withdrawal bleeding that lasted for 3-4 days,after that had unprotected sex twice and then noticed blood for 1 day( very light,I could hardly c it,it looked like a stain) I haven't had a normal period yet,I've been feeling very sick,I get nausea that comes anytime,I've lost appetite,last nyt I went to bed and as I closed my eyes I got really dizzy and needed to throw up. My nipples have been sore and have a burning feeling sometimes... Last nyt I noticed a white vaginal discharge and today its was clear but a lot and thick. I think I'm pregnant,please help

Of course since people get pregnant while on the pill, it always could be, but it is very unlikely.
