I have a water well at my home and it suddenly stopped.This morning the lights flickered and there is power going to it.I tested it myself.The tank is empty and even when I use the manual start lever the electricity goes to the pump but the pump doesn't come on.Also I don't know how to prime this pump.Any answers will be greatly appretiated .Thanks in advance.

Before you can priime it you have to get power to it. How are you checking? What are you using to check with? Did both legs of the 220 check out at 110? How far did you check?
Are the contacts in the control box sending power to the pump? Did the pump quit working after the lights flickered? We need details to answer a question. How many can yiou give me? Tom
