If the officer consult refuse my visa application due to section 142 b because he know that my son has american passport while we in the states before two years we got visa b1/B2 before two years.

What can I do for the next appointment have I mentioned that I my son has american passport?

It's a denial under section 214(b) for inability to overcome immigrant intent. You need to show strong ties to your home country (current employment, house, real estate holdings, significant savings, realtives, high social position, etc.), that you have no intention to immigrate to the US and that you have sufficient funds to pay for your trip.

Did you disclose your USC child on the DS-156? If you did not, that is a reason for the CONOFF to believe you are intending to immigrate. Good luck.

He refused my application DS 156 after I submitted for him my son american passport but he didn't check my supporting documents(salary certificae, bank statement, properties under my name, and my wife born and live in dubao from 30 years, I am working in dubai from 6 years) he give me paper due to section 214 b.

Kindly note that we got B1/B2 visa before two years to viist my sister for 1 month and we come back to Dubai

Did you advise me when I fill out DS 156 after 3 month for next appointment to click yes on the box 37 and write my son?

Why is this posted in Immigration Law and what is the question?

And, by the way, I don't believe you. Without going into great detail have you ever watched porn? There's a great ability to stretch and accommodate.
