Sometimes when I have sex with my boyfriend I have a white cream. But sometimes when I go to the bathroom there is that same white cream and even when I wipe there's a lot of cream what is it. I call it cream because that's what it look like.

You need to go to the doctor. If you have thid discharge accompined by an itch it may be a yeast infection. But a lot of STD's cause a creamy discharge- chlamydia, gonorrea, vaginitis, trichomonas, etc... Some of these infections have no symptoms and some of these can cause SERIOUS damage if left untreated like Pelvic Inflamitory Diesease which can hurt your fallopian tubes and hinder you from having kids. So it can be any of these things... Please go to see a doctor.

It could also be beneign and be cervical mucus. If it's the latter, it may seem thin and thick at times. You will not burn or itch. Some women produce more than others.

Could be totally normal! The OP didn't mention ichiness or soreness. Lots of us women have a normal discharge that changes during different times of the month (get's heavier. Lighter or clearer). If you're not irritated 'down there', it's probably just your normal womanly discharge.

That's why I am asking her age... most women past their teens already know what's normal.

Do you use a condom?

Bacterial infections cause white discharge. I got one from swimming so much in high school. I had white odorless discharge and I was a virgin when this happened.

But lots of white discharge during sex and discharge not during sex is a sign something is wrong and you need to go to the doctor.

If there is no itching or burning sensation at other times-I'd say it is normal cervical mucous.

It may be thrush-but without the soreness, it's hard to say.

It may be due to lots of thrusting while being well lubricated as w ell, kind of like foam-or soap suds.

Is it similar to whipped egg whites?-then this is probably what it is.

If you don't notice your own mucous texture during the rest of your cycle, (you may occasionaly see-sticky white discharge-this represents an infertile time)

As long as it isn't green or yellowish and doesn't smell bad then I think you are fine.
