How can I give 1 grade childern a reading lesson? I need a lesson plan?

I don't have a lesson plan but I have 5 kids, 2 of which struggled a little with reading (the two oldest) Seriously Shel Silverstein, the key is to interest them. Where the sidewalk ends, I swear by it.
