Hi, I am just a new member. And I am really in need of an aswer about L-Gluthathione. I have seen how the medicine have worked for my friends and I really want to try it for myself since it is not that after all bad with reagrds to the effects and its benefits of the medicine. The thing is that I just gave birth last Aug.18 2006 and I am breastfeeding my baby and plans to breastfeed him until one year. I want to know if is it okey to take it while I am still nursing my baby? I really want to know if its OK or not... I have asked my ob gyne but he said that glutha is not true that it can actually whiten, however , I asked the pediatrician of my son, he said that it really whitens but he still haven't know if it will be good for nursing moms.and advise I would not risk it...

Can at least somebody answer my question if its OK or not.. and I'm hoping that answers will be supported with proof.

Thanks...

Good news for you. A friend of mine have used it at the time she was breastfeeding her baby. She's assured that gluthatione doesn't have any negative effects in the system and in fact it is a super antioxidant. She even felt that it has protected her from breast cancer. You know what, her baby who used to be a little bit on the dark tone became very fair in a few months. It seemed that glutathione is passed on to the breastmilk. Of course, there's no gambling in here, she did it because she knew it is very safe for the body.
