I was in this one band, and we had this girl on tamborines, beautiful, and we really liked each other a lot, but I was going through a break up, so we decided to be just friends

I get the hand on hand, look in the eye... then she said it, "I think I'm in love with you", I'm all

Jease, she pulled me in and kissed me, it was the most amazing kiss
So, we decide to go out...

So we go out, and we start going steady, but
She had to move
Well, I just got out of a relation with this other girl, but I get a call from my tamborine girl, she's moving back
But I'm scared, I'm still not over my ex, and I've changed
She sounded so exited to hold me again, but I don't think I'm ready
Does anyone know what to do

Tell her what u have been through and how u feel,, ask her for some time to get over it,, if u have feelings for the tambourine girl even after that,, then go ahead,, else, be frank and end it,, don make her wait,,

I would try and clear with yourself what you want and make sure you don't upset anyone by changing your mind. I think its often best to look at the past and improve on it rather than go back and try again. Try and let this girl move you on, do something new and different, something you didn't do with your ex, try and find some security again.

So, she's back, and just as sweet and beautiful as ever, I got permission to get the day off so we could spend it together
But I did talk to her, about everything, and I think that was it, I fealt ready, I got to hold my tambourine girl again, it was amazing
