Frequently, when I open Internet Explorer, the screen is full size in height and about 8 inches in width. Other times, it opens as a full screen. Is there a way to make it stop opening in the small size?

I went to the suggested website and followed the instructions there. The problem is that this is not a permanent fix to my problem. It only works for the website you are on. It does not work for the long haul. I want my browser to open as a full-size screen all of the time!!
