hi you can anyone help ?
my current partner 31 years old got caught from stealing from employer over a total of 6 months value of around £800 and is currently on bail for it can anyone help with the possible outcome with be he has been arrested before (5years ago)for argument with his brother which came under domestic violence so this will be 2nd time ?
also because my partner stole and was put onto my account online to sell items on I have been arrested and on bail with recieiving stolen goods I am 24 years old no criminal record never been court etc I told police during an interview I didn't know items were stolen (hair straightners ) which I didn't ! My partner also told them he didn't tell me they were stolen now I am worried I am going to go to jail - I am a full time mum of 3 with full time job and scared I will be taking away from my kids ?
